COUTURE are looking for a dedicated and creative Head Chef to run this busy kitchen and produce great, tasty home cooked food for this 7 day a week operation.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Chef who is able to create innovative menus for this café-style operation and manage a team of 4 staff members. You will be organized with exception inter-personal skills and be able to work under pressure. COUTURE is also looking at developing the events side of the business so experience in this sector is an advantage. A positive attitude, lots of enthusiasm and a sense of humour will ensure that you fit in with our dynamic company.
The role involves working 5/7 days but the venue is open between 8.30am with food available until 5pm.
Flexibility is required for evening functions.
Salary Offered: £25,000
