The role of Pastry Head Chef would suit a strong all rounder who is confident with chatting to clients and serving food. The ideal candidate will have a 4* / 5* hotel background or have high volume restaurant buffet experience. As Pastry Head Chef , you will be able to cook a variety of pastries, cuisines and must be very personable and well presented.
This is a fine dining role and would suite a Pastry Head Chef with experience in fine dining. You will be working from Monday to Friday.
